Return Policy
Please email us (biuro@climbingshop.pl) prior to returning any products.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Shipping costs need to be payed by the customer.
Please remember: the goods must be in an unused condition, with the original packaging and with a copy of the original invoice and the delivery note!
Returned products are subject to inspection. If any products are damaged during return shipping, the original value of each article will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
We do not accept returns of used products.
Claims
If you have a claim, please contact customer services on biuro@climbingshop.pl who will process your claim for you. Please have your original order number so we can determine the correct procedure.
